Terms & Conditions

Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all orders and contracts made through the online shop GUAPAMADRID, operated by GUAPAMADRID Family (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). The Terms apply in their current version at the time of the order.

Contracting Parties
The contract is established between the customer and GUAPAMADRID Family, [Lugano, Switzerland] (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").

Order and Conclusion of Contract
By clicking the "Place Order and Pay" button, the customer places a binding order. The Provider immediately confirms the receipt of the order via email. The contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the acceptance of the order through an order confirmation email.

Prices and Shipping Costs
The indicated prices are in [Currency, e.g., Euros] and include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be calculated separately. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

Payment Terms
The Provider accepts the most common payment methods, such as credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, [Other Payment Methods]. The customer is required to make payment immediately after the contract is concluded.

Shipping Policy
The Provider endeavors to ship products within 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. The standard delivery time is usually [specific delivery time, e.g., "5–10 business days"], but can vary based on the destination and other factors. All shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to the customer before the final checkout. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, customers must contact the Provider and follow the indicated return process. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, if they are found to be in their original condition, a refund will be processed. Refunds will be made using the original payment method and may take up to [specific time, e.g., "10 business days"] to reflect in the customer's account. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or an error was made by the Provider.

The Provider ensures that the products are free from material or manufacturing defects at the time of sale. In the event of a defect, the customer is entitled to remedy (repair or replacement) or withdrawal from the contract.

The Provider is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing any reasons. The return shipment is at the cost and risk of the customer. The Provider will refund the purchase price to the customer upon receipt of the returned goods. Excluded from returns are opened or used items and items that have been customized to customer specifications.
